Day Ten
Uh oh. It looks like
Jen hasn’t been a good girl: “Lots of
junk food the past two days.” Tsk tsk
tsk, Jen! If you want this cleansing
experience to be as beneficial as possible, you absolutely must stick to a
healthy diet and try to exercise regularly.
It’s perfectly alright to slip up and treat yourself every once in a
while, but not all at once!
Enough scolding from me!
On to the rest of Jen’s report.
Jen says that she had “two bowel movements today . . . some
discomfort the second time. [It] almost
felt like the runs, but didn’t look like it.”
I wouldn’t be too worries about this, Jen. It’s most likely your digestive tract
flushing out the toxins from the junk food you ingested.
Day Eleven
Jen confesses that she’s wondering “if the product is
working or if bad diet affects the poop situation.”
Where do these thoughts come from, Jen?
“[I’m] still experiencing gas and frequent bowel
movements. [I had] three today, [and
they were] very loose.”
Hmmm—it could be a combination of both the cleansing product
and the junk food you’ve been eating.
Let’s see how Jen’s situation improves over the next few days.
