I’m back into juicing and wanted to share some recipes that I found particularly tasty:
3 oranges
2 pears
1 small yam
High Energy Juice
2 yams
2 lemons
1 beet
1 stalk of celery
1 slice of Spanish onion
1 slice of ginger
Have a long day ahead of you? Start out with this juicing recipe and feel the energy boost.
Licorice Elixir
1 bulb of fennel
2 apples
½ beet (with greens)
Fennel tastes a lot like licorice but is really good for you! If you’re a licorice lover, get ready for this licorice elixir that will blast your taste buds.
Great information! Thank you for sharing.

Nutritionists are of course in an uproar over the celebrity of the master cleanse and are concerned that there is not enough nutrition being supplied to the body, thereby users are starving themselves. It is definitely a fast you would not want to stay on for extended periods of time. As with most fasts, you will want to wean your body back onto foods by slowly reintroducing juices, soups and broths. Then eventually add small portions of solid foods at frequent times of the day to allow your digestive system to repair itself. Doctors mainly disregard this as any kind of weight loss diet as you will gain the weight back once you begin to reintroduce solid foods into your diet.
