So you fully understand how toxic heavy metals can be to your body. Follow these tips to avoid these toxic metals:
- Use Far Infrared Therapy (FIR), a process that dissolves toxins in the blood so you can efficiently sweat them out. FIR helps to remove heavy metals from the body.
- Get tested for heavy metals. Check with local chiropractors and/or natural healthcare practitioners to get tested.
- Have any mercury amalgams that you have removed. These dental fillings can produce vapors that leak into your bloodstream. Replace your fillings with toxin-free ones.
