We all have our weak moments, where we indulge in rich foods, alcohol, and other things that are sure to wreak havoc on our colons. To participate in an overnight colon cleanse, simply squeeze the juice of a half an organic lemon and add that plus one teaspoon of organic apple cider vinegar into sixteen ounces of distilled water. Before going to bed, take eight capsules of Oxy-Powder (or another oxygen-based colon cleanser) and drink the sixteen ounces of lemon/water/vinegar mixture.
