There are five routes of elimination for females, four for males. These elimination routes help to flush toxins out of your body and maintain efficient and healthy bodily functions. Let's talk about the various elimination routes and the ways that you can open them up, encouraging even further and more complete toxin removal.
1. Defacation
Perhaps the most important of all elimination routes is defecation. Here are ways that you can encourage this route to perform as efficiently as possible:
- Have between two and four bowel movements each day
- For breakfast, eat only organic, fresh fruits
- Drink plenty of water
- Use a squatting stool to encourage proper waste elimination
- Combine colon hydrotherapy with oxygen-based cleansers
- Don't delay when you have the urge to use the bathroom
2. Urination
Here are ways to open up urination for even better toxin flushing:
- Don't delay when you have the urge to urinate
- Drink plenty of water
- Remember that if you wake up in the middle of the night needing to urinate, it means that this route is partially blocked and you need to flush toxins
