If you regularly read this blog, you know that fiber is an extremely important part of having a digestive system that functions efficiently. Almost all of my posts dealing with diet place quite a bit of emphasis on fiber--and the many different places that fiber can be found.
Add one more source of fiber to that list--the acai berry. Acai berry not only has a signifiant amount of fiber--it also contains B vitamins, vitamin C, iron, and calcium.
