Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 10

David’s ninth day was his final day taking one of the cleansing pills, so let’s see where things ended up.

Throughout the tenth day, David didn’t have a bowel movement. He experienced a “lot of noise in [his] stomach,” as well as “bad stinky gas.” His stomach was uncomfortably full, and he also went through some cramps throughout the day. It seems as though David is no better off than he was on the first day of cleansing.

In my professional opinion, David’s digestive issues were too great to be conquered by a product as mild as Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse. He needed a cleansing product that was much stronger. Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse might be a terrific product for someone who simply strives to regulate his or her slightly irregular system; however, David’s irregularity was so extreme that it was not squelched.

My recommendations for David?

Eat more veggies, and try one of the other colon cleansing products that will soon be featured in this blog.

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 9

In the morning (around 6:30 am) of David’s ninth day taking Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, he had a bowel movement. This means that a mere eleven and a half hours had passed since David’s previous movement. This is the shortest amount of time that has passed between two of David’s bowel movements since he began this cleansing process.

There was a “lot of gas noise” going on throughout the day, especially during David’s bowel movement. The movement itself consisted of “hard stools” and had a particularly “stinky smell.” Neither of these characteristics bode well for the health of our reader’s digestive tract.

David ate rice, shrimp, chicken, a banana, and an orange today. It’s wonderful that David ate two servings of fresh fruit; however, I would advise that he incorporate more raw vegetables into his diet.

During David’s journey with Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, the signs are looking semi-positive. His bowel movements are becoming more frequent. However, if he wants to truly regulate his digestive tract, he really needs to regulate his diet.

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 8

Finally! The eighth day began with a bowel movement at an early 7:00 am. This regularity is much more normal than the frequency (or infrequency, rather) of movements that David has experienced during the duration of the cleanse.

David’s bowel movement had a soft consistency, and instead of one unbroken stool, he expelled “little long ones.” The smell was “OK,” nowhere near the malodorous movements David has experienced in the past. However, his body still has a long way to go before it’s as healthy as it should be.

On his eighth day of using the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse product, David experienced a lot of gas, meaning that his system was still aggravated by the lack of veggies and fruits that he has consumed.

David decided to fast today and only drink water. I would not have suggested that he do this; in order for his body to regulate itself, it needs sufficient nutrients and minerals. If anything, David should have included fruit and vegetable juice in his diet during this day.

Only two more days to go—let’s see if David’s journey ends up on a better path than it started.

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 7

After more than 72 hours, David finally experienced a bowel movement around 10:00 pm on his seventh day of using the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse product. His bowel movement included a “hard stool initially and then liquid.”

This isn’t a good sign—diarrhea is one way that the body strives to flush toxins from the body. That in combination with the first hard stool points directly to the body having a hard time processing and digesting the types of foods that David is consuming.

On this seventh day, he ate rice, fried rice, curry and popcorn. The extreme lack of vegetables in David’s diet has done a number on his digestive tract, and Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse’s formula isn’t strong enough to have an extreme impact within only seven days.

David went so far as to say that his movement “smelled very bad” and that “big pieces blocked the toilet.” David’s body is working overtime, trying to expel all of the acidic toxins from his body.

Let’s hope that his body continues to cleanse; hopefully, David’s movements will achieve a more normal consistency and regularity. Stay tuned for David’s eighth day of using Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse!

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 5

David’s fifth day on the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse product was extremely uneventful. Throughout the day, David indulged in his typical diet of rice, beans chicken, cashews and popcorn.

He did not have a bowel movement the entire day; however, he detected “no noise in [his] stomach.” We’ll just have to see if day four’s progress was stilted or if this fifth day is just a bump in the road.

Day Six

The sixth day that David was on the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse program, he experienced some cramping and slight noises in his stomach.

Again, he ate foods that are typical to his diet such as rice, curry, popcorn, and fish fry; he also drank coffee.

Again, David did not have a bowel movement. This means that at the very end of the sixth day, it had been nearly 52 hours since David’s last bowel movement. It seems as though David’s irregularity has continued throughout the first six days of this program.

Possibly the last four days of the cleanse will have more telling results.

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 4

Again on the fourth day of the program, David experienced a late bowel movement. Around 8:00 in the evening, almost 52 hours since his prior movement, David experienced “hard stool initially and then soft stool.”

This is a good sign, as long as “soft stool” doesn’t mean a diarrhea-quality bowel movement.

However, David went on to report that “it had many pieces of stool” and “was very stinky.” In fact, the odor was so foul that he had to turn on the exhaust fan in his restroom. These two facts do not bide well. A healthy movement will be in one or two pieces and approximately two feet long. Excess and offensive odor is often caused by the toxins that bad microorganisms deposit throughout the digestive tract.

On a more positive note, David did not experience pain or cramping during this bowel movement, meaning that his digestive tract just might be on its way to becoming healthier and more efficient!

Let’s see if the next day brings a more positive and healthy bowel movement!

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 3

It seems as though the third time is not a charm.

The third day has brought David no bowel movement. However, the poor guy reported that his “stomach was making noise” and he “had little cramps.” It sounds as though Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse is not a flush-you-out product.

After reading more about the product that David has committed to taking for a full ten days, I wondered if Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse was enough to overcome David’s constipation and gas issues. While the product is made of all-natural ingredients and promises to help aid digestion, it appears to have mild colon cleansing properties.

David’s diet may also have a lot to do with the reasons that his digestive tract is off kilter. During the third day of taking Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, David ingested pizza, pasta, soup, and white rice (twice!). The consumption of these carbohydrate-rich foods without any significant source of veggies or fruits will certainly do a number on your digestion.

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse, Part 2

Was there much change after just one day of taking the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse? It seemed not. David had one bowel movement in the late afternoon, around 4:00 pm. The normal, healthy time between food consumption and that food being completely digested and expelled is around twelve hours. Obviously, this wasn’t the fact in David’s case. His digestive tract is far from being fully repaired.

 He stated that he experienced a hard stool and that there was a “bloody trace due to constipation.” The odor was very offensive, and the effort that David exerted was so extreme that he was sweating.

 David’s is an extreme case of constipation. Technically, you experience constipation if the following does not occur: a painless, quick, and easy movement that is firm but not hard. Since David spotted a trace of blood in his stool, it can certainly be said that his digestive issues need a lot of work before they can be restored to a normal, healthy condition.

 It is far too early to tell if being on the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse plan is helping, so we must sit and wait to see if our friend David experiences a healthier movement tomorrow.

Case Study: Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse

The first case study was conducted by David, one of my readers who wanted to try out a colon cleansing product because he was experiencing painful gas and had extremely irregular bowel movements. The product that David decided to try was Health Plus, Inc.’s Super Colon Cleanse.

This product is all-natural and includes ingredients such as psyllium husk, peppermint, papaya, and fennel seed. Psyllium husk powder has been used for centuries as a lubricating agent for the digestive system, while peppermint aids in the digestion process, increasing the flow of bile throughout the digestive tract. All of the natural ingredients show properties that aid in digestion and help to balance the body. 

During the first day of David’s cleanse, he ate typically: chicken, soup and rice. His irregular bowel movements continued, and he did not experience a movement until late in the evening. David continued to experience an excess of gas, and his stomach was very noisy. He commented that his stomach sounded was “making noise like a battle.”

 Hopefully, the Health Plus Super Colon Cleanse will begin to do its dirty (yet necessary) job, and David can experience a more efficient digestive tract throughout the next week. Stay tuned!
