We've covered almost all the bases when it comes to the second step of Dr. Edward F. Group III's Green Body Cleanse: liver and gallbladder cleansing. To wrap things up, here are four tips to keep in mind during your cleanse:
- Avoid drinking milk, alcohol, coffee, soft drinks, and bottled juices during your cleanse. These beverages will decrease the effectiveness of the cleanse while adding more toxins to the body. For the best results, drink only purified water during your cleanse.
- Try to begin your cleanse on a Tuesday or Wednesday so that the last day falls on either a Saturday or Sunday. This way, you'll be close to a bathroom all day during the last day of the cleanse.
- Repeat! You need to perform more than one liver and gallbladder cleanse for the best results. Dr. Group recommends performing the cleanse three times in a row.
- If you're still experiencing symptoms after your third cleanse, it's a sign that you need additional cleanses--or that the cleanse you performed wasn't all that effective.
